Apply brow wax first, combing it through. Select a powder that is 1-2 shades lighter than your hair color. Gently dab on the powder using soft strokes. Use the short side of applicator to make defined strokes and the long side to fill in areas. Finish with another light coat of brow wax if your eyebrows are fuller.
